Payments can be made securely and easily online through either the HOA platform, Cinc or the HOA’s bank, First Citizens Bank. You can make a one-time payment each month or setup secure automatic payments.

The Management ID is 2190; the Association ID is CAME, and your new account number is on your last statement. If you don’t have a recent statement, please email owners@knkpropertymanagement.com and ask her to send you your account number. You can also contact us if you have any trouble setting up your account and she can walk you through the process.
